We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney to join our experienced team of litigators. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of litigation experience and a passion for advocating on behalf of plaintiffs. Experience in Workers’ Compensation is a strong plus and will be directly reflected in the compensation package.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage a full caseload of Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury matters from initial intake through resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda.
Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings.
Conduct legal research, case evaluations, and strategic planning.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
