Manage representations of US & Int'l corporations in complex commercial disputes w/ focus on int'l disputes, incl litigation in US state & federal courts, cross-border litigation & Int'l arbitration. Reqs Juris Doctor or Master of Laws, or foreign equiv. Must have 5 yrs of exp: representing clients in Int'l disputes such as investor-State arbitrations and/or Int'l commercial arbitrations; representing clients in US commercial litigation, incl discovery, witness deposition & trial exp; providing legal advice to US & Int'l corporations in connection w/ complex Int'l disputes; & coord'g work rltd to Int'l disputes w/ local counsel in foreign jurisdictions. Must be licensed to practice law in NY. Domestic & Int'l bus. travel (15%) for depositions, arbitral hearings & court appearances is reqd. $435,000 - $475,000/yr.
