Description

Pisanelli Bice, PLLC, is seeking a full-time, highly organized Litigation Legal Assistant with 5+ years of experience to support senior attorneys through all phases of active cases. Key responsibilities include preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal pleadings and discovery, as well as managing electronic case files and hearing binders. The ideal candidate must be proficient in multi-jurisdictional court filing across Nevada State Courts (Eflex), U.S. District Court (CM/ECF), the Nevada Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. In this role, you will track critical deadlines, coordinate calendars, and triage urgent tasks under pressure, with availability to work overtime when needed. 

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years experience in a litigation-focused legal assistant or secretary role
• Must have a strong knowledge of Nevada and federal court filing protocols
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong organization skills
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
