Our land use practice specializes in resolving coastal conflicts. We work to clarify beach access rights, preserve working waterfront, and secure permits to harden coastal infrastructure on behalf of individuals, families, businesses, and municipalities. We are looking for mid-level to senior associates who are ready to take on these challenges while building a private practice that will sustain them into the future. Requirements

Juris Doctorate

3+ years legal practice in a similar role

Maine residency or Maine connections with intent to relocate
