Description

We are seeking a General Civil Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all phases of the litigation process, from investigation to trial. As a Litigation Attorney, you will represent clients in civil lawsuits and other legal proceedings, providing expert legal advice and guidance.

**Duties:**

- Conduct legal research.

- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, memorandums of law, opinion letters.

- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations.

- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.

- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on case strategies.

- Perform legal administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

- Active FL Bar license.

- Strong writing and communication skills.

-Experience with probate litigation a plus
