- Experience Business Attorney
Description
Well-established Southeast Michigan boutique law firm with nearly 40 years of experience seeks an experienced attorney to join its Bingham Farms practice.
The firm represents individuals and businesses in a broad range of sophisticated matters, including commercial litigation, business transactions, estate and succession planning, taxation and tax controversy, and real estate.
The position offers substantial autonomy, direct client responsibility, sophisticated legal work, excellent staff support, and significant opportunity for professional and financial growth. The successful candidate will be expected to independently manage client matters, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and participate meaningfully in the continued growth of the firm.
Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $130,000–$150,000, depending upon experience and portable business, together with benefits and substantial formula-based incentive compensation tied to collections, origination, and personal production. The compensation structure provides significant upside beyond base salary for a productive attorney.
Partnership and other long-term affiliation opportunities are available for the right candidate. The firm offers an opportunity to build a long-term practice in a collegial environment without the bureaucracy and overhead structure often associated with larger firms.
All inquiries will be maintained in confidence.
