Guardian Litigation Group is a Texas consumer defense firm, and we need local attorneys across the state to cover court appearances for our clients, about 70 hearings a month in Texas. We especially need attorneys in Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, Brazoria and Galveston counties, El Paso, Bexar, and rural and small-town courts.

How it works: we post hearings in our attorney portal with the pay shown up front. You claim only the ones that fit your schedule, often with one tap from a text or email, appear on behalf of the defendant, and submit a short result afterward. Appearances are in person or by Zoom depending on the court. No minimums, no long-term commitment, and payment for every appearance.

Pay is set per appearance and shown before you accept; most Texas appearances pay $75 to $250 depending on the court and hearing type.

Requirements

Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
Able to appear in person or by Zoom in the counties you choose.
All appearances are on behalf of consumer defendants; attorneys who represent creditors or debt buyers are not a fit for this role.
