Requirements

What You’ll Do:
Lead client representation from initial consultation through discharge across Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 proceedings.
Formulate legal strategies, draft and review petitions, schedules, Chapter 13 plans, and objections.
Attend 341 Meeting of Creditors, confirmation hearings, relief from stay hearings, and adversary proceedings.
Provide empathetic, clear, and reassuring counsel to clients navigating financial hardship.
Partner with firm leadership on continuous process optimization and firm development.
