Brock Shipe Klenk PLC is dedicated to helping clients build, manage, and protect their assets. We have extensive experience in the areas of finance, tax, commercial litigation, real estate, estate planning, asset protection, private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions of privately owned businesses, business formation, and day-to-day business operations of for-profit and non-profit organizations. We handle some of the most complex transactions in our region. We also counsel boards and executive management teams on governance issues, investigations, and litigation.
