The State Bar of Nevada is seeking a detail-oriented, customer service focused Lawyer Referral Assistant to join our team. In this public facing role, you will connect callers with licensed attorneys, support administrative tasks, and provide front desk reception coverage. This position is heavily phone-based and requires excellent customer service skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or 3 – 5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent customer service and communication skills.
