What We’re Looking For
-Licensed attorney – Active admission to the Washington State Bar
-1 to 3 years experienced in personal injury law is required.
-Tech-savvy & organized – Comfortable with Microsoft programs and case management software.
-Proactive & client-focused – Strong advocacy, communication, and negotiation skills.
-Team player & leader – Ready to mentor and collaborate with paralegals and support staff.
Your Role & Responsibilities
-Case management – Handle personal injury cases from start to finish, including medical record review, subrogation, and drafting demands.
-Client & adjuster communication – Maintain regular, effective communication to move cases forward.
-Legal research & writing – Draft settlement demand letters, mediation briefs, motions.
-Negotiation & dispute resolution – Negotiate settlements, participate in mediations, arbitrations, and take/defend depositions, and try cases.
-Mentorship & leadership – Train and support paralegals to enhance their skills and efficiency.

Requirements
Personal Injury Law: 1 to 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
Washington State Bar License (Required)
J.D. from an accredited law school. (Required)
