o   Training Provided

o   Key Responsibilities: 

§  Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, discovery responses, and settlement agreements.

§  Conduct legal research and write memoranda as needed.

§  Prepare for and attend various court appearances, depositions, and other litigation-related events. 

Requirements

Job Requirements:

o   Minimum 2 years of legal experience, preferably in family law/domestic relations (but those with less experience and a strong interest in family law are welcome to apply).

o   Licensed and in good standing with the Ohio Bar Association.

o   Courtroom and litigation experience is a strong plus.

o   Strong legal research and writing skills.

o   Excellent organization and time management skills.

o   Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining high-quality work and responsiveness.

o   Strong communication skills—both written and interpersonal—with clients and colleagues.

o   Relocation stipend may be available for qualified candidates willing to relocate.
